Solo traveler with high expectations

I was met by the friendly staff, they were really helpful about parking options. The breakfast, while I arrived late, was decent and I did get to eat what was left, but it did include cold bacon, just saying.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but given the situation, it was still okay.

The hotel was just a short stroll from the vibrant Westgate Shopping Centre and the lovely Stevenage Museum, making it perfect for city exploring. plus, the staff were warm and helpful, adding to the enjoyable experience.

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the proximity to Stevenage Leisure Park, just a short walk away. It offered a range of family-friendly activities, including dining options and a cinema where we could unwind after a long day with our four babies.

In my wife’s opinion, having more amenities for families would enhance the experience.

Convenient and comfy stay

We spent 5 nights here and really liked how close it was to the train station. The room was decent size and the bed was super comfy! The staff were nice and even helped with our taxi to the airport. Breakfast was alright, but the lounge area was a bit small for relaxing.

The hotel offers great relaxation options like a nice lounge and calming garden space. The only downside was that the website needs a bit of an update regarding parking fees. 😊

Spent 1 night in a Standard Double Room. Room was spacious with a private bathroom, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was freshly cooked with plenty of options. Location was excellent, just a short walk to the station. Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

The location is excellent, close to shops and amenities. The shower had extremely poor water pressure. Parking options made handling the car easy. The staff were responsive and friendly.

I had a great stay! The bathroom was amazing, very spacious, and the shower was powerful. the breakfast spread was quite impressive, better than other nearby hotels I’ve experienced. I would absolutely stay here again!
